About The Course
Trinity is one of the most prestigious and long-established music examination boards. If your child has completed Electric Guitar Method Book 1 and you’re looking to help them earn an internationally recognized certification from a top-tier exam board, this course is the perfect opportunity.
Through this program, your child will develop key skills and techniques essential for the Initial exam, such as mastering power chords, rhythmic riff playing, melodic techniques, and chord accuracy. The exam requires students to perform three songs: two selected from the Initial songbook, including a technical focus (TF) piece that emphasizes two core technical skills featured throughout the song
With guidance from our highly qualified and certified instructors, your child will perfect these techniques and deliver a polished performance. The third song can either be chosen from the Initial songbook, a student-written original piece, a cover, or an arrangement of their own.
